Ordering & Dispatch

Orders placed before midday Monday to Friday can be dispatched on the same working day for delivery to your home or business address on the next working day. We will always contact you shortly after receiving your order to arrange a delivery day and will never dispatch an order without having first agreed a delivery day with you.

Equipment Hire

In addition to Sales, we also offer a flexible Fitness Equipment Hire service to areas in and around Wiltshire. If you are not ready to buy or simply wish to try out a treadmill, cross trainer or cycle, have a look at our hire prices.

We provide a delivery and installation service with all our hire machines but also allow customers to collect from our warehouse.

Servicing & Repairs

We can repair and order parts for most makes of treadmill, cross trainer and other fitness equipment. All repair and servicing work is carried out at our warehouse in Wiltshire by our fully trained staff.

Payment, Security and Privacy

Our Sales team are able to accept all major credit and debit cards over the phone and we use a secure 128bit Geotrust SSL connection for card payments made through our website. We also accept online payments with PayPal. If you require delivery to an address other than the billing address of the card you may be required to provide us with additional information. Next Day Fitness is fully PCI DSS compliant. We never store card details or pass on customer information of any kind to third parties.
