Orders placed before midday Monday to Friday can be dispatched on the the same working day for delivery to your home or business address on the next working day, the only exceptions being some of our heaviest products.

If you live in Wiltshire or Somerset in the South West of England there is a good chance you can take advantage of our free delivery service which operates within 20 miles of Trowbridge and Frome. Outside these areas, UK Mainland delivery is £19.99 (may exclude postcodes AD, DD, IV, KW & PH).

We will always contact you shortly after receiving your order to arrange delivery and will never dispatch an order without having first agreed a delivery day with you.

In addition to Sales, we also offer a flexible Fitness Equipment Hire service to areas in and around Wiltshire. If you are not ready to buy or simply wish to try out a treadmill, cross trainer or cycle, have a look at our hire prices. We provide a delivery and installation service with all our hire machines but also allow customers to collect from our warehouse.

Our Sales team are able to accept all major credit cards over the phone and we use Paypal payment processing for automated ordering online, for which a Paypal account is not required.
