- Next Day Fitness is offering FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS placed before noon to the UK MAINLAND excluding the Scottish Highlands. For complete delivery information, including Scottish Highlands and overseas deliveries, have a look at our delivery information in full.
- How do I track my order?
- The full details for tracking your delivery, when available, will be emailed to you on the day of dispatch. You will then be able to follow the status of your delivery via the carrier's website. For postal deliveries order status tracking is not available.
- Returns
- If you wish to return an unopened item please send the item back to our warehouse address and include your contact details, original order number, and the reason for the return.
- Damaged or defective orders
- If you have received your order and find that it is damaged, please call us as soon as possible. In case of delivery damage where the delivery has been signed for by you as damaged, we will be in contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and, where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
