UK Mainland Delivery

We always try to keep our products in stock and can therefore offer a next working day delivery service on most items ordered before noon. Orders after 12.00pm will, under normal circumstances, be dispatched on the next working day.

We require a daytime contact telephone number for all orders. Without a contact telephone number, we are unable to dispatch your item.

We will always call you to arrange delivery prior to dispatch of your order.

UK Mainland delivery (excluding postcode areas AD, DD, IV, KW & PH) is £19.99 for all items. Please call for a delivery quote if you require delivery to one of the areas listed.

Orders containing multiple items can be delivered using a Pall-Ex service to reduce the delivery cost.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale.

Orders under 60Kg will be delivery by a next working day courier. We will contact you to arrange a delivery date with you shortly after receiving your order.

Orders in excess of 60Kg will be delivered on a pallet between 3 and 5 working days.
We will contact you to arrange a delivery date shortly after receiving your order. Once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse you will then receive a call from the courier to confirm the delivery details.

Please note that it is your responsibility to be at home to accept delivery at the arranged day.

We only deliver to the United Kingdom mainland.

Customers are welcome to view stock and collect orders from our premises in Bradford on Avon.
